How new Coronavirus regulations affect the funeral process.
Until further notice we will be modifying the services we can offer.
At present these are the services we are able to undertake.


CREMATION

Transfer your loved one into our care from the place of death.
Meet with a (one)designated next of Kin or Executor of the deceased Estate. All subsequent meetings (as required) will be via telephone/skype/Messenger or other audio visual means. 
Provision of a casket of choice from the family. (see CASKETS & URNS)
Prepare and lodge all necessary documentation for cremation purposes
Complete death registration details and provide one death certificate
Take care of cremation and all fees required
The ashes will then be available for the family to uplift.
The family can choose to have the standard urn or choose one from our selection of urns for either interment of ashes or scatter urns. (see CASKETS & URNS)
Family Viewing and the necessary preparation of your loved one is currently under review daily- please ask for the current options.

This crisis situation will pass. When it does then we are more than willing to offer you our assistance to arrange a memorial service for your loved one. 

BURIAL

​Transfer your loved one into our care from the place of death.
Meet with a (one) designated next of Kin or Executor of the deceased Estate. All subsequent meetings (as required) will be via telephone/skype/Messenger or other audio visual means.
Provision of casket of choice from family for burial. (see CASKETS & URNS)
Make application for a Warrant to Inter the deceased at a cemetery of your choice. We can arrange a plot if there is not a pre-purchased plot.
Carry out the burial as required. Where possible we will endeavour to have one family member present at the interment to represent all of the folk who otherwise would attend.
Complete death registration details and provide one death certificate.
Family Viewing and the necessary preparation of your loved one is currently under review daily- please ask for the current options.
